Our Mission:
We are a husband and wife team of Certified Personal Trainers. Our mission is to love others by helping them to discover their own motivation for lifelong health. We believe that everyone can choose to be healthier by discovering new foods and new activities that bring them joy regardless of their age, skill level, or circumstances. We believe that making this choice daily will help them take back their kitchens and take back their lives.
Who We Are:
Joshua (Josh) Johnson, CNC, was overweight his whole life. After playing football in college, his weight had ballooned up to 305 lbs. He had a very harmful diet and nonexistent exercise habits. Shortly after marrying and beginning his career in education, Josh went through a two-year battle with cancer and treatment complications. Surviving that made him reevaluate his life and Josh finally started to make the choice to truly change. During that first year of recovery, Josh dropped over 60lbs by discovering a love of road cycling and implementing small changes in his diet. Since then, he has spent several years enjoying mixed martial arts and weightlifting. Most recently, Josh (through the encouragement of Ali) competed in a Body Transformation Challenge at a bodybuilding competition…losing another 30lbs. Since starting this journey, Josh has lost (and kept off) 104 lbs. He earned his certification for personal training in 2024.
Allison (Ali) Johnson, CPT-CWC-CNC, is a 20 year health and wellness professional. After achieving her own dramatic weight loss story, she was determined to assist others in choosing a healthier lifestyle, establishing goal oriented fitness routines, and helping them recognize their self worth.
Beginning her career as a Zumba Instructor (dance), she soon added certifications in Pilates, Group Training, Strength Training, Personal Training and Drum’s Alive (cardio drumming) to name a few! Ali is also a certified Wellness Coach and Nutrition Specialist.
She has found a way to incorporate the activities she loves the most into a dream career…dancing, working out, prepping in the kitchen, amateur body building, and meeting new people.
Our Services

You will receive a personalized nutrition plan based on the calculated calorie and macro levels your body needs to hit your goal, as well as top notch accountability through the entire process.
We will work together to:
Change up some mindsets on your relationship with food
Address any emotional attachments you may have with food (stress, rewards, etc).
Create meal plans, grocery lists, restaurant recommendations, recipes, and substitutions.

We will help you navigate the mental and emotional roadblocks that are preventing you from building positive health habits.
*This service is not intended to replace a preexisting relationship with a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.

No gym membership? No problem! We will create a customized workout plan for you based off of the equipment you already own!
Mobile Training includes 3 visits:
Evaluation: We will evaluate both your current fitness level and your equipment
The Workout: We will walk through your plan with you and answer any questions you may have. All movements will be correctly demonstrated.
Follow Up: In 1 month, we will come back to reevaluate your fitness level.

Fitness Parties & Birthday Parties:
Grab some friends, clear some space, and let’s party! Ali will provide the music and will lead your group in your choice of dancing, cardio drumming, or both!
